TRUE FOOD FREEDOM: This is an open and impartial look into your the eating habits that no longer serve you. As we consider your current patterns, we will focus on eating as a sacred, fluid practice rather than a set of nutrition rules. If open to a new way of being, you will begin to experience the gift of living on less food and realize that your body is essentially nourished by a supportive energetic presence some call GOD. We will create an individual plan for you to slowly adapt your lifestyle and learn how to work with choice, the main pillar of conscious living.   

BIO REGENESIS : I have synthesized over 20 years of study and practice in healing the body with various systems including BioEnergy Therapy, Quantum Healing, Purna Yoga and Natural Hygiene. During the initial consultation, you and I will create an approach that calls to your intuition as it is YOU that is ultimately healing your SELF/BODY. My role is to guide and supplement your innate healing abilities with the knowledge and experience I have acquired over time. You will learn to trust yourself as a self-regenerating organism.  

I will assist you to unwind and let go of limiting thoughts, emotions and long held woundings. Working together, we will bring you into the energetic space for healing and evolution. Disease and pain in the body will begin to heal as the emotional and mental aspects are balanced within. BioRegeneis can be instantaneous or gradual as it is an individual journey back to a harmonious state. The sessions are powerful and will transform the experience of living in your body.
